Life of Mountains

Seeking spiritual healing from the hustle and bustle of the city to the tranquility of the mountains

Kenji, who works in the hustle and bustle of the city, is being crushed by the daily stress. The morning rush hour, the pressure from his boss, the endless piles of work. City life wears him down, and his anger and frustration only grow. Every night, Kenji comes home exhausted and feels lonely at home.

One day, Kenji was invited by his friend Takuya to go to the mountains with him. Takuya's hobbies are hiking and camping in the mountains, and he likes to refresh himself in nature. At first, Kenji was not keen on going to the mountains, but he couldn't refuse his friend's invitation and reluctantly agreed. \Please

On the weekend, Kenji and Takuya drove to the mountains. As they left the city, Kenji's heart gradually became lighter. As he saw the lush landscape and fresh air from the car window, his heart gradually regained its composure.

When Kenji arrived at the mountain, he was overwhelmed by its beauty. The clear air and silence, the birds singing, the wind blowing through the trees. He was struck by the strength and beauty of nature that could not be felt in the city. As Takuya prepared to go camping, he told Kenji about the charms of the mountains. "Time flows differently here. Being in nature calms the mind and makes you feel relaxed."

Kenji was a little hesitant about his first camping experience, but he gradually began to enjoy it. As they sat around the campfire and looked up at the stars shining in the night sky, the two talked about life in the city. Kenji honestly confessed to Takuya the stress and anger he felt. Takuya nodded quietly and gave him some advice: "Spending time in nature is a good opportunity to reflect on yourself. Open your mind and relax."

The next morning, Kenji decided to take an early morning walk in the mountains. As the sun rose, the whole mountain began to shine golden. The beautiful sight filled Kenji's heart with deep emotion. He was able to forget the busyness and stress of the city and have time to face himself.

When Kenji returned from the camp, he realized that he was different even though he had returned to city life. His experience in the mountains had brought about a big change in his mind. He was now able to remain calm and collected in his work and daily life. He decided to maintain his peace of mind by going to the mountains regularly.

Kenji realized how important it was to spend time in nature and wanted to share that with others. He told his friends and colleagues about his experiences in the mountains and encouraged them to join him in refreshing themselves in nature. Through his influence, many people began to rediscover the beauty of nature and its healing power.

Kenji learned that balancing city life with time in nature is key to his mental health and happiness. His story serves as a reminder of the importance of rejuvenation in nature for many people living in a busy modern society.
