Instead of the neon lights and loud music of the city, he remembers the starry sky and the sound of a bonfire, and is able to keep his mind at peace.

Ichiro decided to visit the mountains every weekend. He told his friends about his plan, and many of them agreed with him. They started camping together in the mountains and enjoying quiet nights away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This also deepened his friendships.


As Ichiro spent more time in the mountains, he felt a stronger connection to nature. He began to notice and enjoy the small changes in the mountains and the changing of the seasons. For example, he could see the new green leaves in the spring, swim in the river in the summer, enjoy the autumn leaves in the fall, and enjoy the snowy scenery in the winter.



Ichiro also noticed that living in the mountains had a positive effect on his physical and mental health. The stress and anxiety of the city was reduced, and his physical condition improved. He got into the habit of getting up early every morning and taking a walk in the mountains, breathing in fresh air and getting some exercise. This also improved his physical strength and immune system.


He was also able to perform his work in the city more efficiently. The time he spent relaxing in the mountains helped him reset his mind and improve his focus and creativity at work. He brought new ideas and perspectives to the job, and his work performance improved.


His colleagues, seeing Ichiro's change, were also inspired by him and began to seek out nature. They also made plans to go to the mountains every weekend and enjoyed camping and hiking with Ichiro. This improved the atmosphere in the workplace as a whole and deepened the bonds between the team.


One day, Ichiro suddenly decided to build a small log house in the mountains. He wanted to further strengthen his connection with nature by building a log house with his own hands. His friends also agreed with his plan and helped him build the log house together.


Once the log cabin was completed, Ichiro used it as a place to escape from the city. He enjoyed spending time in the log cabin, balancing his work in the city and maintaining his peace of mind. Living in nature allowed him to rediscover himself and live a richer life.


Ichiro's story has reminded many people of the importance of getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city and rejuvenating themselves in nature. His experience has become a great inspiration for people living busy modern lives, providing them with hints on how to find peace of mind and happiness.



Ultimately, Ichiro was able to balance his life between the city and the mountains and live a fulfilling life. His life became healthier and happier through his connection with nature, and by sharing his experiences with many people, he was able to bring happiness to even more people.
