Blacks and Whites Carnival - in south Colombia Blacks and Whites' Carnival Blacks and Whites' Carnival ( Spanish: Carnaval de Negros y Blancos ), is the largest carnival celebration in south Colombia, its geographical indication belongs to the city of Pasto.
